Weekly goals for Sue...

Week 5:

Looking forward to getting more focused getting personalized workouts in at least twice a week. Her workouts have been designed to develop her neurological system in regard to balance and strength.

Week 4:

Assess the previous weeks food log. Talked to Sue about the new eating habits she creating. Being aware of diet is essential to Sue's success especially since she has limited time to work out. We also discussed strategy to stay focused while she is in Asia this next week. While in Asia take the stairs when possible, very limited alcohol consumption, balanced meals with complex carbs and protein. Pack protein bars and shake mix to compliment the fruits that are readily available over there. Drink water and get rest. Mix in some workouts if possible.

Week 3:

Assess the previous weeks food log and assess the trends. Look for areas to work out the bad habits and work in the good habits. Put the workouts planned for this week in your calendar as an appointment. Get in at least two day's of half hour workouts.

Week 2:

Assess week 1's food log and extract the bad habits and replace with health habits. The goal is to start building good habits. Start to think about incorporating workouts in week 3.

Week 1:

Start a food log, write down everything your eating.
